There is no way I can ever have store bought jam ever again. Homemade is just to DIE FOR.

Ingredients/supplies:

8 cups of strawberries (makes about 5 cups when mashed up)
7 cups sugar
4 tbsp lemon juice
1 package pectin
Eight 8-ounce jars OR four 16-ounce jars with lids
